for Photos, Videos,
and Testimonials

1. Purpose of Consent

I authorize Bye Bye Mess to take, receive, retain, use, and publish photos, videos, and/or testimonials related to organizing, decluttering, reorganization, or space optimization services provided to me.

These materials may include:

  • Before-and-after photos;

  • Photos of the organized space;

  • Photos of organizing details;

  • Short videos of the space;

  • Written testimonials;

  • Comments submitted by email, text message, form, or social media;

  • First name, initials, city, or area, if I authorize it.

2. Authorized Uses

I authorize Bye Bye Mess to use the photos, videos, and/or testimonials for the
following purposes:

  • Presentation of completed projects;

  • Professional portfolio;

  • The company’s website;

  • Social media, including Facebook, Instagram, or other platforms;

  • Promotional publications;

  • Informational or advertising materials;

  • Project examples used to present the services offered.

3. Privacy Protection

Bye Bye Mess undertakes to take reasonable measures to protect my privacy before any publication. Where possible, photos and videos will be reviewed in order to avoid publishing personal or identifying elements, including:

  • Address;

  • Personal documents;

  • Invoices;

  • Family photos;

  • Financial information;

  • Full names;

  • Phone numbers;

  • Email addresses;

  • Objects or details that could clearly identify me without my consent.

Photos or videos may be cropped, blurred, or edited in order to remove certain personal or confidential elements.

4. Testimonials

I authorize Bye Bye Mess to use the testimonial or comment that I voluntarily provide regarding the services received.

The testimonial may be published:

  • On the website;

  • On social media;

  • In promotional materials;

  • In publications or examples of completed projects.

Unless I provide otherwise, the testimonial will be published in a limited manner, for
example using:

  • My first name only;

  • My initials;

  • My city or area;

  • An anonymous format.

6. No Obligation to Publish

I understand that Bye Bye Mess is under no obligation to publish the photos, videos, or testimonials, even if my consent has been provided. I also understand that the content may be used on its own or accompanied by a brief general description of the project, without disclosing my address or any sensitive personal information.

7. Duration of Consent

This consent is valid as of the date of signature or acceptance.

The photos, videos, and testimonials may be used for as long as the consent has not been withdrawn, subject to any applicable technical, contractual, or legal limitations.

8. Withdrawal of Consent

I understand that I may withdraw my consent at any time by contacting Bye Bye Mess at:
byebyedesordre2021@gmail.com

Upon receipt of my request, Bye Bye Mess will take reasonable steps to remove the content from the platforms under its control, such as its website or social media pages. However,
I understand that certain content that has already been shared, copied, saved, indexed by search engines, or distributed by third parties may not be capable of being fully removed.

9. No Sale of Information

The photos, videos, testimonials, and associated information will not be sold to third parties.

They will be used solely for the purposes stated in this consent, in accordance with Bye Bye Mess’ Privacy Policy and the applicable privacy laws in force in Québec.
